When Lotustay Exchange membership and trading open, members may apply Lotus$ toward eligible Lotustay.com stays under Club Rules and Ledger Terms — soft nights as then published (midweek, shoulder, and low-demand inventory; holidays never; weekends only if unfilled and low demand).

Redemption is not available on this waitlist soft-launch. Joining the waitlist does not create Lotus$, membership, or lodging rights. Lotustay.com has its own booking terms.

Lotus Cash, simply

Lotus Cash (Lotus$) are the trade credits inside Lotustay Exchange. Listings may use an ≈ $1 listing reference (not cash) as a pricing convention only. Trades will settle on a shared ledger under future club rules.

Lotustay Exchange is the club. Lotus$ are the trade credits inside it. Cleaning and other service offers can be priced in Lotus$ too.

Lotus$ are internal trade credits planned for goods and services among members when the exchange opens. They are not legal tender, not a bank account, and not an investment. Lotus$ are not redeemable for U.S. dollars from Lotustay Exchange. Any “≈ $1 of listed value” wording is a listing/pricing convention only—not a peg, guarantee, or cash value claim against the Operator.
